Doctor Dean graduated with highest honors from The Ohio State University where she also received her medical degree. Following her internship, she continued her post-doctoral training at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego as a general medical officer in the United States Navy. Board certified in Family Practice, Doctor Dean has practiced in Orlando for 33 years. She has served 4 terms as Chief of Family Practice at Orlando Regional Medical Center and has been selected by her peers as one of the “Best Doctors in America” for 14 consecutive years. She is also listed as an AOL Top Doctor and one of the Consumers Council Top Doctors. Doctor Dean is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine for the Florida State University School of Medicine. Affiliations include the American Academy of Family Practice, American Academy of Physician Specialists, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging.

Gretchen Legler Winans, an Adult Nurse Practitioner, recently joined Dr. Bonnie Dean's practice. She graduated with her Masters in Nursing from The University of Florida and currently has over four years of experience in Internal Medicine and Family Practice as an ARNP. Gretchen enjoys focusing on thorough patient education and preventative health to ensure quality care to her patients.

Medical Esthetician and Cosmetic Coordinator Briana Carbonell graduated from Florida College of Natural Health with an advanced degree in skin care and electrolysis in 2008. She is passionate about the science of skincare and devotes her practice to the beauty, health and wellness industry. She has 4 years of clinical and professional experience with extensive training in aesthetics. Briana joined the Longenix family in June 2011 to pursue her passion and long term goal in Medical Aesthetics..
